1. Initally, we wanted to stay in downtown disney; however, the best group rate we could find was $200 or more and being that my family was traveling all the way from the east coast, we thought that was too much.

5. The only slight downside was that it was not walking distance to disneyland however this probably saved us from spending too much money as we would have spent all our spare time in Downtown disney instead of relaxing by the hotel pool.

6. Our girls had 'Shirley Temples' my son a 'Roy Rogers' and my husband and I enjoyed (free!) cocktails while we awaited the shuttle to take us to downtown disney for the evening.
