1. When we got in bed we were shocked to hear the couple in the room next to us having a normal conversation in normal voices and we could hear every word.

5. We change the room and gave us a small room with bed for one person and my reservation I requiered a queen bed , and also appearance of dirt, I complained again at the reception and had so informed, have only that rooml.
