1. I was more pleased with the hotel then I thought I was going to be, the pictures on line do look like the rooms minus the balcony thing they don't have any.

We didn't have balcony but we ate and drank our own food and wine at pool which at night we had almost to ourselves- it is an original art deco hotel and price reflects thisWould definately go back- especially if you like quiet surrounds but are able to walk 4 miles along the boardwalk/path to South Beach and Ocean Drive if you fancy busier beaches.

3. The hotel staff was very helpful and nice, however we booked a balcony room and did not recieve one, the hotel doesn't even have balconys.
