1. When we arrived two young ladies were sitting on the front steps upset that the maid had come in their room when they were asleep (during the day) and they awoke to her going through their purses - Their wallets were missing and the management wouldn't help them.

2. The towels were changed daily, but the maid(s) seemed to have a shedding problem, as there were long black hairs on my towels (I keep my hair buzzed, so I know it wasn't mine).
