1. The room was a nice size, with a desk, tv, king bed, and a nice window ledge to sit on and enjoy the views.

2. We went up to our room and although it was just one of the normal rooms, it was spacious and very comfortable- the bed was particularly comfortable and the linens smelled lovely- not like perfume, but not with that sort of 'hotel/bleach' smell that hotel linens sometimes have.

6. Small, barely enough room in the dresser for my few clothes (I'm alone on this trip), small closet, nice king bed, small desk, single sink (well I'm alone) in the small bathroom with no separate shower from the bath tub, and the bedroom is small.

7. They greet him by name at check-in, give him a complimentary gift, bring him milk and cookies before bed each evening, and treat him like gold.

8. Bed and chair were comfortable, desk was spacious for getting work done, bathroom was luxurious, plenty of closet space, free shoe shine service, and everyone was super nice with great service.

10. However, the public areas are beautiful, the staff is wonderful, the view from the 32nd floor was magnificent, the bed is super comfortable, and the sofa bed is outfitted with an extra mattress type comforter.
