They dealt with the bags American Airlines had lost, without my asking (and had them delivered to my room without my having to chase AA by the next morning), the room service is exceptionally delicious and punctual, the cleaning immaculate, the early morning personal wake up call by a human being and a cup of coffee at the front desk for early departures most appreciated, as was the free access to internet and the spa/gym facilities - no hassle hotelier of the year.
