1. The concierge staff was most accomodating, arranging for a car rental within walking distance from the hotel, and helping with restaurant and shopping suggestions.

4. The decor was nice and the room was quite large, the views were right out over the lake and toward the hancock tower, the service was excellent (the concierge got us a reservation at Alinea on 2 weeks notice no problem), and the shopping was all right within walking distance.

9. When we came down the concierge got some change for my husband and directed us to the quickest/warmest (it was chilly that night) way to walk to the restaurant through the attached mall and up the street.

10. Getting to your room is a pain - take the elevator to 7th floor lobby then walk through the lobby to reach the elevators to the rooms.
