5. pros:- fitness center will give you sneakers if you forget yours (as I did); there is water and towels and a good selection of new machines- nice pool - could be bigger- fruit and drinks available in the sitting room near the pool- very nice looking locker rooms with steam room/sauna (did not get a chance to try)- tasty food - made 'special request' fruit platter for me with papaya and figs- l'occitane amenities in the bathroom (but no cotton swabs / cotton balls)cons:- fitness center not open 24 hours a day (why?)- spa was booked solid on a Friday and I had to have a massage at 8 am; the massage was unremarkable and when it was done (and I was still getting dressed) - the therapist came back in to see why I haven't come out yet - apparently I was not moving fast enough (though I did only take a couple of minutes)- one morning messed up the time of my room service breakfast and delivered it one hour early.

7. No washcloths were left and not enough towels.
"Great location, beautiful rooms, disappointingly spotty service " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/14/2009 Vote
8. It is a pleasure to come back to your room and relax after a work day; it`s almost better then home (almost!) The best part is turn down service; when yo leave for dinner, housekeeping tidies up, refreshed your towels, lays out your robe, turns on light jazz music, and turns down your bed.

9. We were left with dirty towels on bathroom floors and used wine glasses on tables.
"Everything a Four Seasons should NOT be " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/13/2011 Vote
10. The room was hardly cleaned up during our stay: plenty of stuff on the floor, only partial replacement of the towels, complete lack of attention to details.
"Generalized decline " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/7/2008 Vote
