6. The rooms are small, the bed is really hard, you can ear people talking in the other rooms and the gym is really small.

7. Location is ideal, but you have to put up with a heavily perfumed lobby (air deodorizer?who knows but it was almost toxic) rude staff, and undoubtedly the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in.

8. Usually you get a room about the size of a small closet, where you can touch both the walls from your bed.

9. After room service our comforter was still on the floor, mattress pad on bed wasn't attached, bed a little old, pillow case almost see-through.
