1. Check in was quick if not particularly friendly and we only spoke to the staff again at check out & when our key cards stopped working.

5. - They charged my credit card while I wanted to pay cash, told me that they would take care of it at check-out and then told me at check out that it was to late to reverse it.

6. And on the day we were leaving they let us check out, but leave our car in the garage until 3:00 p.m. when we were done for the day and ready to get on the road.

7. We were sightseeing the day of our check out and although we could not get a late check out because they were full, they do have a secure room that we were able to put our luggage in while we were out and about.

8. I was worried about parking at the stadium on our check out day but they allowed me to keep my truck in their parking garage for the day so we could take the subway to the game.
