1. The hotel porter however saw what had happened and very nicely took us up to the managers office area where he let us print out our passes.

4. The room was great the first visit except for the fact it was on the 5th floor and the manager told us we had to get the lift in the lobby to the 3rd floor then walk halfway round the building to get to another lift that would take us to 5th Floor.
