3. The driver took 7 passengers with 8 large cases and 3 hand luggage sized cases with no problem, rate very reasonable - 130 dollars.

4. The rooms are always clean and comfortable; the location is perfect to wander around Times Square and the rest of midtown--you're practically there when you emerge from the Lincoln Tunnel; and the rates are amazing for the part of town the hotel is in.

5. In summary, ideal for sharing with your running mates (not at the front!) but I wouldn't take your partner as you could find better accommodation at a slightly higher rate.

6. comfortable walking distance to pretty much everything around Times Square, Theater District, Fashion District, etc. Got a decent rate (for NYC standards) from getaroom.

8. It was too late to book early and get in on any hotel deals, so I had to search quite a bit to find a hotel with a rate that was affordable for our trip.
