1. Everything was pretty standard to good except the bed.

2. We stayed at this hotel for the whole two weeks of our stay in Florida and we don't have any complaints, the room was clean on arrival and cleaned daily with new towels and freshly made bed, the bathroom and sink were also cleaned.

4. The housekeeping service was fantastic, they made the bed every day (including on days when we stayed in bed past midday) and refreshed the towels and coffee stuff.

7. The room fulfilled my "basic" needs (clean & bug-free, safe area, comfy bed and nice shower), and was very quiet (I was in a pool-side room and could just barely hear the children playing near the pool and the playground).
