1. We have noticed a lot of maintenance carried out between our stays, all to the greater good to improve air con system and decor improvements, the hotel; for us is well situated as we prefer the quieter life whilst away, even though the hotel is situated of the 192 highway it is still quiet as setback, good for disney trips and all other attractions plus of course the shops and restuarants.

2. The firdge in the room allowed us to get & keep milk for the boys etc. There are also lots of restaurants within walking distance (although if you have a car it seems to be in the American way that you drive even for a short hop!) Because your on a highway it does feel safer to drive but we never had a problem in the local area walking.

7. The location on the highway 27 is ideal for Disney, only 15 mins drive away, there are also supermarkets (Publix, Walmart & Target all within 10 mins drive) and for food, you have excellent acess to Manny's Chop Shop in Haines City (about 20-25 mins drive south down the 27) which is our first stop for dinner in Orlando.
