9. the reception staff are really helpfull down to the fab cleaners that look after us so well, we try to have a pool side room as my daughter loves the location, the fact that you are so close to disney and the other attractions is a bonus but to me its the people that make us return,the pizza hut on site and the bartender in hurricane sams all help complete the hotels facilities really well.
