We stayed here from 11th till 25th sep, the staff were friendly, the rooms basic, but what more do you need, the bathroom was not the cleanest, the air conditioning was very dirty, and left me with a chest infection, the blankets on the bed were disgusting, the fridge was rusty and door hanging off, you had to lift it up to close it, breakfast was basic but fine, yes there was security on 24hrs but the reason was the week before we arrived a couple had been held at gun point and robbed, i felt very vulnerable as was there with my disabled husband and 7yr old child and was on the ground floor, the area surrounding the hotel is also not the safest, a lot of beggers hanging around asking for a spare dollar and losts of police activity, the locatiion for disney is also not the best, it is made out their is a free shuttle bus to get you to disney, which there is, but what it fails to tell you is that once you get to epcot you then need further links to get to where you are going, it is shared by a few hotels and it is a nightmare, the 6 oclock bus back to hotel was like a rugby scrum free for all and the safety with the amount of numbers that was literally squeezed on to utter maximum capacity really needs to be addressed, people were even sitting on the stairs to the entrance of the bus,i would think very carefully about staying in this hotel, for the reasons i have mentioned, bear in mind this is only my opinion but i wish i had read the reviews before i booked it and a valuable lesson has been learned.
