2. Morning b'fast is still a big buffet in a nice area; workout room is OK (but they have a deal with a nearby gym and they will shuttle you there if you don't have a car); rooms are suites with small kitchens and certainly adequate; free internet service; decent selection of cable TV channels.

I have been staying there 3-4 days a week for a month now and had only two minor glitches: a bad internet cable - a service tech was in my room in 5 minutes, and didn't leave until he verified that I had connectivity, and the coffee wasn't replaced one day - a whole weeks supply was immediately sent up to my room.
