8. We called and were assured that someone would be there in 15 minutes to repair it ( there were 2 bathroom but there were 6 people staying in this suite making it really in convinient to share the 1 bathroom that night) we waited for over an hour and no one showed up.

9. Our room at this particular one had a hole in the bathroom wall, the sheetrock around an electric socket was peeling away, the bathtub was moldy, the bathroom light was broken, one of the phones did not work, and my husband had a bug crawl across him in the middle of the night.
