2. The room and kitchen were clean, the service was very responsive (wi-fi went down, so when I called the front desk, someone was here within five minutes with a personal modem, which worked just fine) and, after my recent European travels, free wi-fi, breakfast and parking were quite welcome.

4. Everything seemed OK, until the morning we found out that our car in parking lot had broken glasses and some of our stuff wasnt there.
