3. The room and kitchen were clean, the service was very responsive (wi-fi went down, so when I called the front desk, someone was here within five minutes with a personal modem, which worked just fine) and, after my recent European travels, free wi-fi, breakfast and parking were quite welcome.

I had read the bad reviews and was rather apprehensive, but either it turned out that I got one of the second half (the 'better' half), which would be hard to imagine because we were in a room right behind the service entry with the A/C on full blast (not a bother one bit) or the place overall is just not that bad.

7. Although this is a 3 star hotel, it`s customer service level exceeded many 4 and 5 star ones we`ve visited.

8. i was not impressed with the hotel frist when i got there we had 2 rooms but in two different buildings when i had specifically asked for 2 rooms side by side also the rooms were clean but we had ants and bugs in the room and also on the beds the doors did not work properly also we were supposed to have full breakfast and that means that they would cook omlets etc for their guests but they only had a buffet and also service was really slow.
