1. Staff were unwilling to be helpful to guests, which I thought was unusual because in the past the staff would bend over backwards to make sure everything a guest needed was handled as soon as possible, etc, etc. The bathroom was not as clean as usual.

2. One of the walls in the bathroom had a four foot section of its wallpaper peeled off revealing the prior wallpaper and large patches of mold on it.

3. Negatives, oddly shaped lobby/bar area, akward room design (sink is very close to the bed and directly faces it), untidy bedsheets, and somewhat unclean bathroom (bath tub was wet and hard hair in it!).

7. They do utilize a dispenser in the shower which i think is very efficient but there was no body lotion in the bathroom.

8. The value for what you receive is outstanding: a room with king bed, full 'L' couch and ottoman, refrigerator and wet bar area, 42 inch tv HDTV LCD, work desk and bathroom.

9. The second room they moved us to had sticky tables, coffee splattered on the bathroom wall and little black hairs left all over the bathtub and wall of the shower near the shower knobs.
