1. Rooms have comfortable beds, a tiny (but efficiently-spaced) living room/desk area, and clean bathrooms.

4. Your sink (which is actually outside the door to the bathroom) will be newly renovated with nice hardware but it may not be secured to the countertop as mine fell off in my hand.

5. They do utilize a dispenser in the shower which i think is very efficient but there was no body lotion in the bathroom.

7. The value for what you receive is outstanding: a room with king bed, full 'L' couch and ottoman, refrigerator and wet bar area, 42 inch tv HDTV LCD, work desk and bathroom.

8. The second room they moved us to had sticky tables, coffee splattered on the bathroom wall and little black hairs left all over the bathtub and wall of the shower near the shower knobs.
