1. They insisted they had no other rooms to sccomodate us and after paying a very decent amount of money (prepaid) to stay there, 2 of our children ended up sleeping on the floor.

2. When I offered her money for the toothpaste she refused and I said 'Take it as a tip then' she said 'No need to tip, this is what were here for, let me know if you need anything else!' Sylvia is also very kind and talks to me whenever I`m in the lobby area.
