4. Aside from being very well maintained, the rooms are soundproof, very functional with an extra sink / counter outside the bathroom, and feature real HD 42' TV's in both living and bedrooms along with very comfortable bedding and linens.

The rooms are just like in the pictures on their website, with large flat-screen TVs in the sitting room and bedroom (with all HD channels), lots of storage space and a spacious bathroom with granite counter top and large tiled shower with glass doors (much better than the typical tub with shower curtain).
