4. Things like the shower plate was not adhered to the shower, holes in sheets, thin sheets, rough towels, masking tape above the mirror that was not removed after painting, minor stuff yes, but worth mentioning.

5. Room size was nice and well decorated; only big misses were using plastic instead of acrylic tubs (hence dirt stains) and not using oversized sheets on the bed (thus bottom sheet would not stay tucked in).
