1. Im not saying its impossible to take the free shuttle, im just saying we didn't, because we like to come and go as we please.

4. The staff is very helpful, the free breakfast buffet offers plenty of choices, the shuttle is great in the morning (we take a taxi back to the hotel), the pool is small but adequate and even though it is heated not that warm.
