4. The room was a disaster, the carpets looked old and dirty, the bathroom tub looked unhygenic, however we werent looking for much, just staying there for a couple of days to go to universal.

Just 1 pro :locationContra: Smell weird, small room with a beautifull view to a trash can of the restaurant of the front and a dirty wall, housekeeping is just do a bed and that is all, they no clean bathrooms , trash for 4 days full, and the breakfast was under the sun in a samll place just chairs, no tables, so uncomfortable, I go to Orlando three times a year an d this is the worst hotel that I have been.

6. The rooms:Bathroom - Fittings are dated, screws rusted, bath has some dark stains on the bottom, shower heads (from Psycho), extractors not working, hair dryer not working and socket sparked when plug put into socket.

This was the first and last time I pick this hotel,, it was super dirty,, the floors, bathrooms, I order a pillow becuse mine I found it dirty when I got in and they brought me another dirty pillow, the bathroom sink was broken, the shower had mold, the AC never got the room cold, the carpets in the hotel need to be change; It was just not right.

9. We noticed that the place was shabby but we didn't mind a little 'lived in' hotel-sometimes they have more character!- I had point out to front dest that the bathroom had a stale urine smell was promised that it would be clean on our arrival after a day at WDW.
