1. Without appology, it took them roughly an hour to have someone come and lightly spray the bathroom with lysol, which by the way, smelled even worse.

2. -Hotel can use a remodeling; elevator character paintings were peeling off, I had broken tile in my bathroom-Had to call housekeeping both on Saturday & Sunday to clean my suite.
