5. After some hagling about this, and speaking with the manager (Robert, a very nice and professional person), we were able to get the food coupons promised only because I had a copy of the email that confirmed our 3 night stay at the promised rates and coupons.

Not worth the disappointment to our kids, a horrible first night sleep, missing Disney in the morning, not being able to unpack right away and having to switch rooms in the morning, etc. After speaking with 2 managers they bumped our credit up to $30 (now we can buy 3/4 stuffed animal) and gave us free tickets to the see the 4-D show at the hotel.

9. They need an improved reservation system, good scrub down of the rooms, and managers who can take a lesson from Disney customer service.

10. As we walk out of the hotel, a family comes up to me asking if we had trouble with the hotel as well, b/c they were waiting to speak to a manager too.
