5. Location and front desk staff are good, but they don't make up for the lackadaisical housekeeping staff, the filthy carpets, the inadequate shower curtain (too short, and the bathroom floor puddled), peeling ceiling, chipped bathtub, inadequate towels (had to ask for fresh towels), leaking sink faucets,and inappropriate use of clorox to clean, which almost sent us into the street to escape the smell and tearing eyes.
