1. Non smokers with children stayed at this purposed 'non-smoking Hotel'- Although the pool area was understaffed with no towels- the kids liked it- There was a pervasive odor of tobacco smoke in bathroom-coming from the vent on the wall.

2. Asked Patricia in HSKPG to come and smell smoke in bathroom, she confirmed the odor- she kindly went to the front desk- returned and told me someone would be up- no one ever came- left my cell phone number again with front desk on am of checkout- never received a call from the manager.

5. No air exhaust functioning in the bathroom- a vent was on the wall but nothing pulling the air from the bathroom as a tissue held up to it simply fell to the floor.

7. I couldnt believe there was not an exhaust fan in the bathroom, after a shower the room heated up by like 15 degrees.

8. We returned late in the evening to the room as we left it--wet towels in the bathroom, trash overflowing (the baskets are woefully small for a family suite!), beds unmade, etc. I suspect that the maids are working hard but understaffed.

10. The normal extras were provided in the bathroom, shampoo, lotion, etc.They provided a very good breakfast that was more than just a continental breakfast each morning.
