1. The kitchen cabinets had water damage, the ceiling had water damage, the furnishings were falling apart, the bathroom was filthy and the girl at the front desk was nasty.

2. The bathroom had an odd smell to it that resembled roach spray.

3. ) Very old also translates to mold in bathrooms, peeling paint, peeling counters, and rusty toilets and appliances.

4. Cons:Very old and outdated units (walls, finishings, flooring, ceiling, bathroom and kitchen VERY OLD and unappealling.

5. I booked the least expensive one bedroom unit and we got placed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit on the 9th floor.

8. The were also some small negative points: The bathroom light switched on/off accidently, the sink wasn't leak-proof, the safe couldn't be unlocked, the stereo only worked with the CD-player and there was no furniture for the balcony.
