This pseudo hotel has one bell hop with one cart, 2 doormen and all they do is push the open door button, and lots of hidden charges like $20.00 per day for
valet parking
.

Good things: The front desk staff, the pool, hearty breakfast, our room decor (my in-law's room was atrocious, though),
valet parking
attendants were courteous and as quick as they could be, proximity to everything, comfortable bed.

I like the free internet use , the gym was great, the housekeeper only came once out of the three days we were there(not good) I like the
valet parking
,the location wasn't bad at all.

Some examples:- it took 5 hours and 4 visits to reception to get bedding for our 3 year old's bed;- and 3 trips to the front desk to organise car hire;- of 3 taxis requested, 1 didn't turn up, 1 was 30 mins late and only a 3rd was on time;- we were double charged for
valet parking
, and billed twice for the hotel room itself;- on multiple occasions front desk staff made telephone calls mid-conversation.

Perhaps the only drawback was the $20.00 a day
valet parking
fee including in and out service.

The hotel is easy enough to find, and when we got there it seemed that the only parking opportunity was
valet parking
which they add to the cost of the room - this is charged at $20 per night and it allowed us to come and go as we pleased during this time (I was happy with this).

You must either eat in their dining room or you should have a car (
valet parking
$20 per car per day).

The unique problem is the price of
valet parking
(U$ 20 p/day) and dont have options to self parking.
