6. If you are traveling solo it might be okay (the bathroom situation is unacceptable regardless) but saying that tiny room (which really is smaller than my walk in closet) is a double occupancy room at a 4 star hotel is a crime.

Pros: --Very friendly staff at front desk chatted with us about our visit to see Blue Jackets hockey game --Hardwood floors in room with nice rug made it feel like home --flat screen TV that actually had a wide variety of High Definition channels --Very comfortable bed Cons: --Bathroom door slightly larger than door jam and had to be pulled very hard to shut all the way and pushed very hard to open again (loud) --Shower had two shower heads and the top one was supposed to be always on with the lower one on or off by button, but our bathroom had them switched so I had to bend over to the lower head or otherwise use both heads.
