3. If you are traveling solo it might be okay (the bathroom situation is unacceptable regardless) but saying that tiny room (which really is smaller than my walk in closet) is a double occupancy room at a 4 star hotel is a crime.

6. Here's what we've gotten thus far: a curt (if not rude) front desk operator, a chipped wine glass (!), a closet of a room with no view and a loud A/C, one lone bathrobe (it's a room for 2 and we checked in as a couple - c'mon.

8. And god forbid if our closet (I'm talking smaller than NYC - on a Wednesday) room could be upgraded - the charges were astronomical, and frankly, I just wanted to get away from the lousy attitude of the front desk clerk.
