6. Here's what we've gotten thus far: a curt (if not rude) front desk operator, a chipped wine glass (!), a closet of a room with no view and a loud A/C, one lone bathrobe (it's a room for 2 and we checked in as a couple - c'mon.

7. I like the high ceilings, and the hotel is a unique shape; the staff was courteous and front desk happily moved rooms for us when we did not want to be near a service elevator that beeped constantly - even though they were sold out.
