2. So far the doorman and the reception staff have all been really lovely, helpful, above and beyond thoughtful-however-I was woken by the housekeeping staff tap tap tapping and shouting housekeeping loudly in the rooms next to me since 7.30am in the morning.

3. I stay in alot of hotels and have never been disturbed so much or so early by housekeeping staff before and this alone would make me seriously re-consider staying at this hotel again despite the fact I am a big Westin fan.
