1. The rooms are a bit on the small side, as well as the bathrooms.

3. Overall, the hotel isn't unacceptable, but it is an older property, the ceiling in the bathroom was damaged from leaking above, the fire sprinkler trim ring was missing exposing sheet rock, the faucet leaked in the bathtub, and the cooridors were very hot.
