1. Had to walk to lobby for my own towels when desk did not respond to a phone call to bring some.

2. We had to go to the desk a few times during our stay - we needed extra towels, we wanted information on local restaurants - and each time the desk attendents were friendly and helpful.

4. We had 2 rooms booked for the stamping convention from August 7th thru 9th and room 162 had a leaky toilet which never got fixed right and a towel had to be wrapped at the base of the toilet to keep from stepping in water and maybe falling during the night.

8. We called for towels three times but finally when they did not come we called and canceled so we could go to sleep and then when called back the next morning the towels were brought to our room 15 minutes later.
