2. Rooms are basic, and very dated (especially the retro pink bathroom suite) but it saves paying a fortune to stay somewhere where you will only be to sleep given all the attractions of Vegas.

5. Maintenance needs some work as the bathroom was very worn out and looked it, the walls were super thin (I heard the guy next door snoring), the standing lamp in our room didn't work, the carpeting was very worn through, almost patchy in all of the common walking areas.
