1. Keeps me close to the the places I need to get to, but doesn`t charge me 9,000 dollars for my 12 day stay like the Wynn wanted to.

2. The WiFi signal was excellent (and free, compare that to the ridiculous 'resort' surcharge the resort hotels up and down the strip charge guests whether they use the Internet or not!).
