2. We ended up checking out and they would not refund our money, they gave us a very small amount back which I believe was for the dogs fee for the night but we still left.

If you have tired of the long walk from Resort Hotel parking lot, long lines to check-in, waiting for elevator to deposit you on another lengthy trek to your room and then be shocked by the additional Resort Fees that have been tacked onto your final bill, then you might want to give this motel a try.
