1. Yes the rooms and the bathrooms are small but honestly the only time we were in the room was to sleep and get ready in the morning.

The good:- near union square- reasonable price- clean- free turtle wifiThe bad:- very very slow wifi - few tv channels- no free breakfast but there are breakfast places in the vicinity- room is small bathroom is tiny- old hotel, slow elevator can only accomodate 3 pax- homeless people roaming outside the hotel- can't sleep well due to all sort of noise outside.
