1. It is located in downtown SF so you will most likely hear noise from the street.

7. When I stayed there I was woken up to the sounds of a band playing jazz outside across the street from our window early in the a.m. but that's exactly why I enjoy staying downtown so it really wasn't an issue for me.

8. Close to Union Square & Powell street you can easily access the most important sights of SF and the airport by public transport.

10. Walking distance to shopping, resturaunts of all kinds and theres a Walgreens(for toiletries, medecine, snacks and such) a third of a block up the street.
