4. Upon our arrival (i like to inspect my room for clean sheets, etc) there was hair on the floor of the bathroom and in the shower and the sheets had stains.

7. We wanted to change our room on the top floor and not only they changed our room but they upgraded it with a really small amount so we had a kitchen fully equiped, separate bathroom and with a young kid it was just awesome.
