1. The staff were excellent, advised on the wonderful public transport, gave us extra pillows and always friendly whilst using the internet in reception.

2. The only downside is that the motel is not adequately staffed, so if you would want something extra i.e. extra pillow, you've got to wait for at least 30mins before it arrives.
