Toilet seat was broken; no bar in the toilet paper holder; only two electrical outlets; paper thin walls and ceilings, so constant noise from other rooms; soiled carpet; cups and coffee missing; generally unresponsive desk staff; parking limited because they rent out spaces to non-guests, so late arrivals either have to double park in the lot or park in 2-hr.
