1. The motel offers free internet access, free tea and coffee, clean towels every day, a lift, even a car park space had we needed it.

2. The room was clean to the point of being sterile, the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor (it took 5 towels of various sizes to absorb the water), there was no clock or radio, and the tv was small and across this cavernous room.
