1. The carpet was really dirty and stained, the temp dial to the A/C was all rusty and dirty, the wall paper were pealing off the walls, the house phone didn't work so we had to use our cell phone to call front desk so they can fix our A/C, there were mold in the bathroom ceiling, discoloration in the tub and sink.

2. Obviously the hotel is old and had some wear and tear (there was a big dent in the bathroom door for example) but seemed clean.

3. Taxi's must be called since none are around, lots of bums etc. No ventilation in very small bathrooms which had a hard with with HOT water.
