7. my room was spacious ,non smoking but yet there were cigarettes on the floor of my balcony,windows so dirty I didn't want to touch them,and don't even think of sitting down and having a cup of tea out there.

9. $115.00 at the Cathedral Hill Hotel gets you a rude male desk clerk, who claims that a government employee discount will cost you 50 dollars more than the regular rate, and gives you a patio level room despite requests for a room with a balcony.

10. I was given a larger room in the front of the hotel, with no windows but locked doors onto a very shaky looking balcony (i understand why the doors were locked!)That made the room very stuffy and it was pretty noisy with traffic outside and between rooms.
